Common Questions
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely! Book a bay at the regular rate and we'll wait until the end of your session to charge you. If you decide to sign up for a membership, we'll apply member pricing to your session before checkout.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice—no long-term contracts.
What are peak vs. non-peak hours?
Non-peak: Monday-Thursday before 4pm, and all day Sunday. Peak: Monday-Thursday after 4pm, Friday evenings, and all day Saturday.
How do summer benefits work?
Birdie members get 5 free hours per week all summer; Eagle members get 5 plus a private lesson every 4 weeks.
