What is a Founding Member?
Founding Members are annual members who sign up before our new facility opens in 2026. Your rate is locked in for life—it won't increase when we expand or raise prices. Learn more →
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely! Book a bay at the regular rate and we'll wait until the end of your session to charge you. If you decide to sign up for a membership, we'll apply member pricing to your session before checkout.
What if I want to cancel?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice—no long-term contracts. Annual memberships are non-refundable but offer the best value.
What are peak vs. non-peak hours?
Non-peak: Monday-Thursday before 4pm, and all day Sunday. Peak: Monday-Thursday after 4pm, Friday evenings, and all day Saturday.
How do summer benefits work?
During summer months (May-September), your membership includes free weekly hours. Par gets 2 free hours/week, Birdie gets 5 free hours/week, and Eagle gets unlimited free hours.
