What does "Pay for 12, Get 14" mean exactly?
It's simple: you pay the equivalent of 12 months upfront, but your membership is active for 14 months. That's 2 completely free months of golf. No catch, no strings attached.
What exactly does "membership rate locked" mean?
Your annual membership fee stays exactly the same—forever. When our new facility opens and we raise membership prices (which we will), you'll keep paying what you locked in today. Note: Bay hourly rates may change, but your membership rate never will.
Why only 50 Founding Member spots?
We want Founding Members to feel truly exclusive. Limiting spots to 50 ensures every Founding Member gets the VIP treatment—first access, personal attention, and real input on our facility.
What if I need to cancel?
Founding Memberships are annual commitments. You can transfer your membership to another person if needed. If you don't renew, you lose Founding Member status and would need to rejoin at current (higher) rates.
When does the new facility open?
We're targeting Q1 2026 for our new 10,000 sq/ft location on Tyler Blvd. It will feature 9 simulator bays, a full pro shop, lounge area, and upgraded Trackman technology. Founding Members get first access.
Can I try before committing to a year?
Absolutely. Book a bay as a guest first. But if all 50 Founding Member spots fill up before you decide, you'll miss the lifetime rate lock and 2 free months.
